Ingredient: organic elderberry pomace from our farm.
Elderberry Pomace is the skin, pulp, and seed left behind after pressing juice from whole elderberries. The skins still hold plenty of antioxidant goodness, simmering draws it out into a lively colour and delicate berrylicious flavour.
Brew: 1 cup water + 2 TBSP elderberry pomace, boil, simmer and enjoy hot or cold. For an extra healthy boost, add honey and lemon.
