DECEMBER-MARCH: During winter, Juice is only shipped within BC - Southern Interior & Coastal. For other regions, ordering juice isn't available till risk of freezing has passed (usually in March/April). Syrup and Shrub, on the other hand, contain honey so they don't freeze in transport & are good to ship year-round. thanks for your kind understanding!

Elderberry Juice is for those that like the pure stuff. This juice is just fresh-squeezed elderberries from our farm with a smidgin' of citric acid to harmonize the sourness. A little tart with ultra low sweetness, this rich elderberry taste is classic!

Ingredients: Fresh-Pressed Organic Elderberries, Citric Acid.

Each 250ml bottle (50 servings) is packed with

  • 3/4 lb of fresh berries - never dehydrated stuff
  • that’s 4,900mg elderberry per 5ml/tsp - double potency!
  • Take a shot, add a splash to bubbly water, create a dressing, mix a drink, drizzle on oatmeal and smoothie or make gummies!

We think elderberry juice is the best! And its what we drink most in our home. Unlike the syrup and shrub which we formulated to keep for 4 months (once open in the fridge) the juice keeps for 4 weeks. Don't think you'll finish the juice up in a month or so? Freeze the extra juice in ice cube trays and pop them out as needed. Or if you like your elderberry fizzy like we do keep enjoying your juice at your own pace. As the weeks go by its typical for a natural bubbly fermentation to start. We love it.

Farm

It all starts with elderberries grown fresh at our organic farm Elderberry Grove in Secwepemculecw, commonly known today as Salmon Arm, BC, Canada.

Fresh-squeezed by the farmers that grew em', this berry-full juice has tons of fruitful goodness.

Certified Organic by NOOA 04-334 for sale in British Columbia.

Weird coincidence!

I sat down to enjoy a refreshing glass of juice and check my emails, and there was a request to review my purchase. Gotta do it, the universe has spoken. I was cleaning out the cupboards in the kitchen and wanted to use up a bit of balsamic vinegar so I could recycle the bottles. I mixed the Black Mission Fig, balsamic vinegar, Cinnamon Pear bv, my Elderberry juice and a can of tonic water. So good and so refreshing! All from organic farms in beautiful British Columbia. Thank you for putting in so much taste, nutrition, and care into all your products.

The best

I have been buying this since the first time l seen it at the Laclahache garlic festival we have ordered from the health food store and it is good but to be able to purchase it as close to home as possible and Organic makes me very happy. I just take a tbsp a day my husband likes it in a glass of water. We use it for a week every month.

Oh that makes us happy too. being the only organic farmer grown elderberry syrups is a true joy. nice to hear how we met!

So Good

My favourite is a tsp. of elderberry syrup everyday. I have an autoimmune disease and I feel it has helped me.

Elderberry cuttings.

I was so very happy to receive the canes and so promptly. I pot planted 1/2 of them and kept the rest in the refrigerator. One month later I pot planted the rest. They took longer to root and grow, but are doing very well. I have collected some blossoms to dry for tea. Because we do not have many bees in the area, this year, I will probably harvest for teas and leave only a few to berry This has been an exciting adventure for me. Many thanks to Louise for her email support and great service. ******A+
