Preparation: Add 2 Tbsps of elderberry tea to boiling water and simmer briefly. Steep for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy. For an extra healthy boost, add honey and lemon.

Elderberry just starting out

I have received your great products and looking forward to using them and planting the elderberry cuttings. Ground is still too cold at the moment so I'm babysitting them in the frig. Can't wait to see them planted and growing. I've tried the dried elderberry tea berries and not quite as I was expecting, but I will keep using them as they are healthy. The syrup I haven't tried yet but waiting to do that. I love elderberry and at one time I tasted a friend's elderberry cordial that she made and fell in love and I want to be able to recreate that on my own.

Pleasant Tasting, Immunboosting

This is my first year trying the elderberry tea and I have to say I quite like it. The bag contains tea berries and very little other debrie. Flavour wise it is mild and pleasantly berry tasting. If I start to feel run down or congested I brew a cup of this and feel it really helps relax and energize me.
