Elderberry Tea offers a delightful fruity flavor, grown with care at our farm! We press the berries into juice, then take the antioxidant-rich skins and dry 'em to make this lightly tart tea. Yum!
Ingredient: Pressed and Dried Organic Elderberries from our farm
Size: 200g or 10lbs
Preparation: Add 2 Tbsps of elderberry tea to boiling water and simmer briefly. Steep for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy. For an extra healthy boost, add honey and lemon.

We bought the berry tea and a few syrup bottles. The tea is wonderful, even cold. The syrup is also delicious, however I wish the honey amount was disclosed to know what the ratio of berries to honey is.
Hi Eileen! the ratio is about 3.5 parts honey to 6.5 parts elderberries, give or take depending on the batch because of the sweetness of the elderberries which can be measured as brix 9-13. If you're particularly excited about having lots of elderberries I recommend the Elderberry Juice which is 99.97% elderberries with .03% citric acid. Thanks for letting us know you love the syrup and tea - yay! - louise
