Elderflower Tea is gathered fresh from our organic farm in the summer. Carefully dried in the shade; Elderflowers taste light, sweet with hints of lemony vanilla. Try this nourishing tisane hot or cold. Or make a refreshing cordial!
Ingredient: Organic Elderflowers from our farm
Size: 20 g (makes about 20 cups) or 40g (makes about 40 cups)
Preparation: Add 1 tsp or more of elderflower tea per cup. Cover with boiling water. Steep for 10 mins or more. Strain & enjoy.
Elderflowers are not only a nice cold or hot tea, but perfect for making cordial or flavouring baking.

Great company, great products. Elderflower tea is good alone, sometimes I add it to other tea blends. Elderberry syrup is so good I don't want to tell others because I am worried they will sell out and I won't be able to get more.
