Elderflower Tea is gathered fresh from our organic farm in the summer. Carefully dried in the shade; Elderflowers taste lightly sweet with hints of lemony vanilla.  Try this nourishing tisane hot or cold. Or make a refreshing cordial!

Ingredient: Organic Elderflowers from our farm

Size: 20 g (makes about 20 cups) or 40g (makes about 40 cups) or 454g/1lb makes many many cups!

Preparation: Add 1 tsp or more of elderflower tea per cup. Cover with boiling water. Steep for 10 mins or more. Strain & enjoy. 

Elderflowers are not only a nice cold or hot tea, but they are perfect for making cordial or flavouring baking.
