I love the Elderberry Grove products! I have been raving about them to friends and family. I personally mix a bit of the shrub and juice every morning and have a couple sips. It gives me a zing in the morning as I start my day. I've been having it this way for the past few weeks and I'm thinking the anti-viral properties have helped to keep me from catching a cold.
